Job summary

Learning Care Group in Ephrata, PA is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join a caring daycare community that serves children and families every day. You will follow licensing guidelines and our standards to ensure daily care in your classroom, while engaging with families and planning for children's development.

We offer extensive training, a proprietary curriculum, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team that values energy, reliability, and passion for education.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training providing insight on childcare, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
