Job summary

Foundations Early Learning Center in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Part Time Float Teacher to join a passionate team. You will help maintain a safe, nurturing classroom and support engaging STEAM-based learning.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with young children.
• Minimum 18 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience as a teacher in licensed daycare or preschool (6–12 months).
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to pass background checks and health assessments.

• Part Time Float Teacher

Hourly Pay Range: $15-$18 per hour

Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.

Teacher Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
