Foundations Early Learning Center is seeking daycare teachers and teacher assistants in Winnabow, NC. Join a growing team focused on hands-on, STEAM-centered learning and a supportive, purpose-driven workplace.

Positions include Infant, Toddler, Twos, Preschool and School Age Teacher roles with full-time schedules; pay ranges from $15–$19 per hour, with increases based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children.
• At least 18-years-old.
• At least 6 months experience as a teacher in a licensed daycare or preschool.
• EDU119/NCECC cert. or degree in early childhood education or related field required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.

Hourly Pay Range

$15-19 per hour

Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.
