Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 non-credit courses in early childhood and education or willingness to complete training.
• Ability to work with children and families in a nurturing setting.
• Commitment to safety and supportive, inclusive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing, supportive, and inclusive care for all children.
• Plan and implement activities to develop social, emotional, intellectual, and physical skills.
• Work cooperatively with other staff as part of a team.
• Communicate with families and provide excellent customer service.
• Redirect behavior positively as appropriate for each age group.
• Help maintain a clean, safe center environment.
