As an Assistant Teacher at Primrose School at Tatum, you’ll help create a fun, safe environment for little ones as they explore and learn through purposeful play that nurtures their social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development. 1. Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child.
2. Help children explore the world, improve their motor skills, and grow their vocabulary.
3. Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.
4. Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence.
5. Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
