Qualifications

• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• CPR and First Aid certification (current or ability to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check as required by Texas childcare licensing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient and reliable.
