Job summary

All my Children in Souderton, PA is seeking on-call substitute childcare teachers to join our team. You will work across age groups based on weekly needs, bringing energy, care, and creativity to each session.

Compensation ranges from $14 to $17 per hour, depending on education and experience. We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive, child-centered work culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass state background checks.
• Past childcare experience preferred.
