Job summary

The Learning Grove Academy is seeking a part-time, on-call substitute childcare teacher in Avon, IN. You will help children learn while having fun, with flexible hours based on availability.

No nights, weekends, or holidays required; compensation is $15–$16 per hour, depending on education and experience. Join a supportive team that values energetic, child-centered teaching.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass all state background checks.
• Joy and fun while teaching future leaders.
• Past childcare experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an On-Call substitute floating childcare teacher based on weekly availability.
• Work with all age groups as needed.
