Job summary

Premier Early Childhood Education Partners in Maine is seeking on-call, part-time substitute teachers to support our childcare program. You will rotate among age groups, delivering engaging activities with a focus on safety and fun. Flexible hours help students, parents, and caretakers balance schedules.

The role is ideal for students, stay-at-home parents, or anyone seeking a second job with no evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass state background checks.
• Enthusiasm to join a dedicated, driven team.
• Joy and fun while teaching future leaders.
• Past childcare experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-Call substitute floating childcare teacher for all age groups as needed.
• Flexible hours based on availability.
• Provide safe supervision and engage children in activities.
