Job summary

Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is seeking part-time on-call substitute teachers to support our childcare teams. You will float between classrooms and adapt to the needs of children across age groups, delivering engaging activities that promote learning and safety.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to pass state background checks, and enjoy working in a collaborative, fun, kid-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic, patient, and ready to engage children in playful learning.
• Teamwork and collaboration with staff are essential.
• Ability to create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as an on-call substitute floating childcare teacher based on weekly availability.
• Work with children across all age groups as needed.
• Support ongoing training and fulfill role requirements with a positive attitude.
