Aspiranet is seeking a Youth Specialist to support families through care and supervision of children at the First 5 Center in Antioch, CA. You will engage children in age-appropriate activities, provide snacks, and help maintain a safe watch area during parent/guardian participation in classes or workshops.
The role requires a High School Diploma with 1 year of relevant experience, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and required background clearances.
Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend and evening shifts as needed by the program
*Possible travel to Brentwood when needed

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour
The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50 for employees hired in the Contra Costa, Antioch, CA area. The Childcare Provider is responsible for the care and supervision of children at the First 5 Center while parent/caregivers are participating in Center classes or workshops. Major responsibilities include providing supervision of children, engaging children in age appropriate activities, providing children snacks, greeting parents/caregivers at drop-off & pick-up times, and preparing and keeping clean the child watch area.
