Job summary

BRILLIANT KIDS ACADEMY LLC is seeking a qualified bilingual teacher for Toddlers and Preschool classrooms. The role involves teaching fundamentals, developing social skills, and maintaining a safe classroom with weekly lesson plans and clear progress reports to parents.

The candidate should be eligible to work in the USA, have at least 2 years of ECE experience, 45 hours of DCF training, and a CDA or higher degree. Lead teacher experience and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the USA (residence or citizenship).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• 45 DCF training hours minimum.
• Bilingual in English and another language.
• CDA or higher Early Childhood degree or Staff Credential required.
• Lead teacher experience preferred.
• Background check.
• Health physical and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Teach Toddlers and Preschoolers fundamentals like numbers, colors and shapes.
• Help children build social skills and maintain a clean, safe classroom.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans and provide clear verbal reports to parents about children’s progress.

We are looking for a qualified, bilingual and experienced teacher for Toddlers and Preschool classrooms. CLASS and Accreditation Knowledge preferred. Their main duties include teaching children about fundamentals, like numbers, color and shapes, helping children build their social skills and keeping the classroom clean and safe for all of the student Teacher should have effective communication and interpersonal skills to properly listen to the needs of both parents and students and to provide clear verbal reports on the children’s performance. Lesson Plans prepared on weekly basis. They should also work well with children and possess patience and understanding when taking care of children and addressing their needs.

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS

• PLEASE PERMIT TO WORK IN USA , RESIDENCE OR CITIZENSHIP.
• MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
