Little Learners For Tomorrow LLC in Rhode Island is seeking a compassionate Toddler Teacher to provide high-quality care and education for toddlers in our center. You will create a nurturing, safe environment and plan age-appropriate activities.

You will communicate with families about development and progress, and work with other teachers to ensure continuity of care. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.

Formación

• Must be able to pass a National BCI and CANTS.
• Must have GED, High School Diploma, or College degree.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities for toddlers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, sit on floor, run, and other activities.
• Ability to complete 24 hours a year of training.
• Ability to attend staff meetings.

Responsabilidades

Introduction

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality care and education to toddlers in our child care center. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and communicating with parents about their child's development and progress. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers, including providing emotional and physical support as well as providing personal hygiene care
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of toddlers
• Communicate with parents about their child's development and progress, including providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions
• Follow all policies and procedures related to the care and education of toddlers, including adhering to safety protocols and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of care and education
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
