Foundations Early Learning Center is hiring a Program Manager in the Savannah/Richmond Hill area. The role focuses on leading teachers, implementing Creative Curriculum, coordinating professional development, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a supportive, growth-minded environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with growth opportunities, competitive hourly pay, and emphasis on staff development and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a CDA or TCC required.
• Associate's degree in early childhood education preferred.
• 2–5 years of lead teacher experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Creative Curriculum experience required.
• Knowledge of current state and local regulations.
• Proficient with business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Train teachers on curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Ensure classroom lesson plans are completed and implemented.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new teachers.
• Collaborate with Center Director to provide feedback, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure adequate classroom materials.
• Develop and track teacher professional development plans.
• Complete classroom observations and growth plans as needed.
• Coordinate semi-annual parent/teacher conferences.
• Plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of summer camp.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
