Job summary

Small Miracles Academy - Richardson Campus seeks an energetic Daycare Teacher to support a Pre-K class in a nurturing, safe setting. You will implement developmentally appropriate activities, follow daily plans where applicable, and communicate progress with families to support growth.

As a Texas Rising Star Certified program, we value patience, kindness, and strong organization. Hours typically run 6:30 am–6:30 pm, with a 8:30 am–5:30 pm schedule; weekends are not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience not required but preferred.
• Experience with children desired but not required
• Strong understanding of child development
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Execute learning and activities that are developmentally appropriate
• Execute a daily and weekly lesson plan (as applicable)
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities
• Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities

We are seeking an energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team! The quality of our care has resulted in being Texas Rising Star Certified! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. We have a position available in our Pre-K classroom. Our operation hours are 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Monday thru Friday. Closed on holidays. 12 Paid Holidays each year.

• Schedule is 8:30 am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday.
