In the role of Childcare Lead Teacher, you will plan an environment and activities designed to promote safety, nurturing support, and appropriate development for children between six weeks and six years in our childcare center. You will also provide leadership and guidance for classroom staff as part of the Childcare Leadership Team. Classroom assignments are based on the needs of the center and may change accordingly.
Schedule: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
Benefits and Compensation: This full-time role offers health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, childcare discounts, and a 403B retirement plan. The starting pay rate is between $15-18/hour, increasing with education and experience.
