Job summary

Early Learning Academies is seeking a Toddler Assistant Teacher to support classrooms with young children, focusing on growth and safety. The role requires EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework, or current enrollment, with 3 additional ECE hours a plus.

Applicants with childcare center experience are encouraged. Pay range is $12–$13.50 per hour, with no nights or weekends and comprehensive benefits available. We value a family-like team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled).
• Experience teaching young children preferred.
• Must meet state and federal licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Toddler lead teachers in daily activities.

What It Takes to Join Us

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
