Guidance Preparatory Academy is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a lively early childhood classroom in Roanoke, TX. You will plan and lead engaging activities, support families, and mentor junior teachers during a Monday–Friday shift from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Compensation is $16 per hour, commensurate with experience and education.

Compensation: $16 an hour, based on experience and education

Shift: Monday thru Friday; 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

As a Lead Teacher, you will:

• Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
