Job summary

Kid Town USA is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a warm, engaging classroom environment for infant to pre-k children. You’ll model best practices in early childhood education, foster strong relationships with families, and lead a team of assistant teachers.

The role emphasizes creating meaningful learning moments, partnership with parents, and a collaborative, joyful culture. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with compensation in the $18–$20/hour range depending on experience.

Compensation: $18 - $20 an hour, based on experience and education

Shift: Monday thru Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
