Job summary

Child Development Schools Arizona is seeking a passionate Lead/Master Teacher to guide classrooms, ensure child safety, and plan engaging activities across developmental domains. You will build strong partnerships with families, communicate openly, and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports each child's growth and well-being.

Qualifications

Your Role as a Lead/Master Teacher:

Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Are at least 18 years old, can pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of training in childcare within 30 days of starting your employment. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!
  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
