Highview Learning Center in Rockwall, TX, is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to guide a classroom and foster growth in infants to pre-k. You will plan engaging activities, build strong family partnerships, and model a caring, energetic approach to learning.

The role emphasizes teamwork, mentoring assistants, and creating a joyful, development-focused environment. Shift is Mon–Fri, $17/hour, with emphasis on growth and inclusivity.

Compensation: $17 an hour, based on experience and education

Shift: Monday thru Friday; 6:00 am - 3:00 pm and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

As a Lead Teacher, you will:

• Make every day an adventure in learning.
• Create fun, out of the box, learning moments that your children will remember for years to come.
• Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
• Coach and mentor assistant teachers to develop a strong classroom teaching team.
• Share with your co-workers the joys of creating a-ha moments with children.
