Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience of prior management in licensed childcare.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to area locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of childcare school in conjunction with training director, including administrative, operational, financial and logistical functions.
• Partner with families to provide the best care and early education for children.
• Assist with implementation of curriculum and developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and others.
