This leadership role focuses on coaching, mentoring and training staff in best practices, GA state rules, curriculum and the Goddard way, with responsibilities in education, quality assurance and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must meet Bright from the Start Director Qualifications
• Experience: 2+ years in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of child development and team leadership
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Must meet Bright from the Start Director Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices and team leadership
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• A genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education
• Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements

This is a Director positionis working with a Director of Operations. The focus of this position is Education, Quality Assurance and spending most of your time in classrooms training and mentoring lead & assistant teachers as well as closing procedures for the school. We are seeking someone that has experience in coaching, mentoring and training staff in best practices, curriculum, GA state rules & regs and in general learning and teaching the Goddard way.
