Are you an energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate ECT or Diploma Educator looking to bring your Director skills to work with a brilliant and supportive team in the Camden Region?

We are a small boutique service catering to children aged 1-6 years. The centre is in the Camden Region, a locally family-run service with excellent working conditions, a fun and warm environment, and ample opportunity for professional and personal growth within a great community.

About the role

Previous Director experience or a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a 2iC position is required.

As the Director, you will partner with the management team to mentor, lead, and inspire our staff to achieve success. You will also:

• Assist with all aspects of daily management of the service in accordance with relevant legislation, sector guidelines, and policies.
• Work to create a high-quality, rich learning environment for children, families, educators, and the community.
• Be part of the Centre leadership team to drive quality improvement.
• Ensure all policies and regulatory requirements are embedded within the Centre.
