As a Teacher, you are:

  • Caring: Follow licensing and company standards to ensure daily care of children.
  • Engaged: Develop observation, assessment, and communication skills with families.

  • Experience in licensed childcare or related fields.
  • Ability to meet state and center education requirements.
  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activities with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly and daily pay options:
    • Assistant Teacher: $16.60-$23.30
    • Teacher: $17.50-$24.50
    • Lead Teacher: $18.90-$27.70
  • Full-time health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA); limited medical for part-time.
  • Education assistance, 401(k) with match, life/disability insurance, childcare discount.
  • Monday-Friday work week.
