Job summary

Child Development Schools is seeking a Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our students to and from school and activities. You will work with a Lead Teacher to support young learners in a warm, welcoming environment where curiosity and growth are encouraged.

You will serve families as a positive role model and collaborator in a team dedicated to engaging, nurturing, safe learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
• Maintain a safe Bus environment
