Responsibilities

Your Role as a Bus Driver:

As a childcare bus driver, you will ensure the safe transportation of children to and from our facilities. In addition to your driving duties, you will also serve as a teacher, working to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your responsibilities include assisting in guiding young learners, planning engaging activities, and cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

1. Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, are able to pass a background check, possess a Florida driver's license with the necessary endorsement, complete an annual physical examination, and hold valid CPR and First Aid certificates. Experience driving for a licensed childcare setting is a big plus!
2. Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
5. Are capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
