Child Development Schools is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our caring team in Norcross, GA. You will support the Lead Teacher, help deliver age-appropriate activities, and contribute to a warm, safe classroom where children explore and grow.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting early childhood learning in a classroom.
• Ability to engage with young children and families.
• Strong teamwork with Lead Teacher.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
