You will follow state licensing and company standards, support daily care, observe and plan for children, and communicate with families. Monday–Friday, pay $18.04–$18.74 per hour, with health insurance, tuition assistance, and a 401K for full-time staff. Limited medical for part-time roles is available.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Willingness to complete onboarding and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Engage with families and communicate observed progress.
