Job summary

Learning Care Group in South Jordan, UT is seeking an Assistant Teacher to provide high-quality daily care for children in a licensed setting. You’ll support safety, learning, and family communication while helping create a nurturing classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child; maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
