Child Development Schools in Conyers, GA is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our collaborative classroom. You will support the Lead Teacher, facilitate age-appropriate activities, and help create a warm, safe environment where children explore and grow.

Daily duties include assisting with lessons, maintaining a clean space, observing children, documenting progress, and communicating with families. The role offers hourly pay and benefits for full-time staff.

You will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important part of our collaborative teaching team dedicated to making early childhood education engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements

Pay And Benefits

Pay: $14 per hour, based on experience and education.
