Job summary

Child Development Schools is seeking an Assistant Teacher to work with Lead Teacher, supporting young learners through engaging activities and nurturing interactions in a warm classroom environment.

You will assist with lesson delivery, classroom management, and family communication, earning $14/hour based on experience, with full-time benefits including health, retirement, tuition discounts, and ongoing professional development.

You will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important part of our collaborative teaching team dedicated to making early childhood education engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements

Pay And Benefits

Pay: $14 per hour, based on experience and education.
