Come join our Recreation Department staff as a CAP Asst. Site Director! Asst. Site Directors are responsible for leading and supervising the participants through the activities of the Children at Play before and after school program in the assigned school site within School Districts 25, 59, and 21. Additional responsibilities include supervision of Activity Leaders. Asst. Site Directors step in as acting Site Directors, should the need occur. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts available in the morning and afternoon. Additional hours may be required when school is not in session or is only in session for half of the day.The target hiring range for this position is $19-$22 per hour with the opportunity to earn $3 more per hour if working 6:30am - 9:30am.
