Job summary

Hills & Dales Childcare Center in Iowa is hiring multiple staff to support children with and without disabilities. We offer full-time and part-time roles with weekday schedules and no weekends or holidays.

You will provide day-to-day support, help with skill-building activities, and contribute to a nurturing environment for young learners. Ideal candidates are at least 18, have or are pursuing experience in early childhood, and are committed to safety training including CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older. Persons 16 years of age or older will be considered based on hours available.
• One year minimum experience in an early childhood setting is preferred, or a strong desire to work with young children may be considered.
• Free from a conviction or prior employment history of child or resident abuse or dependent adult abuse.
• Must complete CPR, First Aid, Universal Precautions, Mandatory Reporting, Better Kid Care NSO, and Essentials Child Care Preservice Series within the first three months of employment.
• Required to complete 10 contact hours of child-related training annually.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive agency vehicles, as assigned.
