Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county, school, and diocesan regulations.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment for students.
• Monitor and manage children’s personal belongings.
• Follow and uphold school policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily sign‑in/sign‑out records.
• Promote appropriate student behavior.
• Support and implement childcare program activities aligned with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Childcare Director and teaching staff to support programming.
• Clearly communicate expectations, policies, and consequences to students.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team in a full-time childcare role. This position plays an important part in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for our preschool and elementary students.

Reports To: Childcare Director

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool and elementary‑aged children preferred

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county, school, and diocesan childcare regulations
