Celebree School is hiring for an Entry Level Childcare Aide/Assistant Teacher in Leander, TX. You will support lead teachers to provide high-quality care and education, attending to each child’s individual needs within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in classroom management and uphold regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
• Create a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Assist in creating and implementing age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Support smooth classroom transitions and supervise children during activities.
• Utilize positive and appropriate discipline techniques when counseling children.
• Help maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the classroom.
• Present a professional image and adhere to uniform requirements.
• Communicate with parents by greeting them by name and providing timely updates on development and happenings.
