Responsibilities: As a Childcare Aide/Assistant Teacher, you will:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for children, parents, and visitors.

• Support effective classroom transitions.
• Supervise children during activities, using positive discipline techniques when needed.

• Present a positive, professional image, adhering to uniform requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
