Job summary

The Department of the Air Force Child and Youth Programs seeks a CY Program Assistant (Target Level) for the Non-appropriated Fund Child Development Center. Open to a wide applicant pool with eligibility claimed in the questionnaire and supporting documentation due by 2026-09-29.

Qualified candidates will have at least 18 months in a childcare or youth program, relevant DoD competency trainings, and credentials such as the CDAC or related qualifications. Proof of education may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate, or equivalent; and provide proof (diploma or equivalent) for verification.
• 18 months working in any childcare or youth program; completion of DoD approved competency-training courses; entry and intermediate level training evidenced by documentation.
• 18 months of experience in childcare or youth program plus one of: related credential; or associate degree with relevant content; or bachelor’s degree with related content.

Military school age credential

Bachelor's degree or 120 semester hours with related content
