Job summary

The State of Indiana's Department of Child Services is seeking a Practice Model Consultant in Jeffersonville, IN to embed the Practice Model across regions. You will mentor staff, deliver trainings, and guide implementation of trauma-informed, family-centered approaches in line with MVP and federal guidelines.

You will lead cross-regional improvement efforts, facilitate complex meetings, and ensure fidelity through coaching, data review, and collaboration with policy and field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or related field; willingness to substitute with equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience in a similar role within child welfare or related services.

Responsibilities

• Training and Coaching: facilitate coaching, labs, in-service trainings and 1:1 consulting to improve fidelity.
• Consultation and Facilitation: support team meetings, case consultations, and leadership feedback.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: analyze data from CQI, PMR/CFSR, and related systems to identify barriers and drive improvement.
• Policy and Practice Integration: liaise between central office and regional staff to implement policy updates and MVP execution.
