Job summary

Montech Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Child Welfare Case Worker to provide case management support for the Red Lake Nation’s child welfare system. The position works on-site at the BIA Red Lake Agency with travel to satellite offices and field sites across the Reservation. Typical hours are 7:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• At least 3 years of child welfare case management or related experience preferred.
• Experience testifying in court and working with tribal communities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops written case plans and documents case progress.
• Coordinates placement, services, and family visitation.
• Attends Tribal Court hearings and prepares court reports.
• Ensures compliance with federal and tribal child welfare requirements.
• Supports reunification and permanency planning with cultural connections.
