Job summary

Weld County Department of Human Services is seeking a CW Administrative Specialist to provide broad technical and administrative support to the Child Welfare Division leadership and staff in Greeley, CO.

The role involves compiling forms, accessing multiple databases, and assisting with tracking, reporting, and follow-up to meet state and federal requirements. Hybrid work is possible after six months with training and strong performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of full-time business or clerical experience in an office environment.
• Preferred Associate's Degree in a business-related field.
• Experience in data tracking, reporting, and working with multiple databases.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete forms across several systems and manage data entry in multiple databases.
• Access and disseminate fingerprint results and ensure CJIS policy compliance.
• Create data tracking spreadsheets and prepare visually engaging reports.
• Support internal case audits and assist with travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain professional communication.
