Therapist (Child):

Part-time to Full-time - Office Based & Teletherapy

We are looking for licensed Virginia LCSWs with experience working with children in virtual and office settings. Clinicians with licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply.

MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We serve diverse populations and seek skilled Therapists across Virginia interested in providing teletherapy to children (ages 5-12) via our custom-developed platform.

We value therapists who enjoy their work, are creative, and passionate about engaging children in therapy. Our goal is to serve children who may face barriers to traditional therapy, reduce stigma, and make therapy fun and engaging. If you want to build your client base from home or office without the hassle of private practice setup, we want to hear from you. We also have an office in North Chesterfield, VA, for in-person support.

At MySpectrum, we handle:

• Insurance credentialing
• Billing (bi-weekly payments, regardless of collections)

Job Summary:

The Therapist will provide therapy via HIPAA-compliant teletherapy and in-office sessions, typically 45-60 minutes. Full-time caseload averages 30-35 clients weekly; part-time options are available to build manageable caseloads. We support part-time work to help you transition to full-time if desired.

Qualifications & Skills:
