Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: $29,822 - $35,919
  • Grade: 16

Job Summary

Assist clients at the front desk, support Case Managers, handle inquiries, conduct research, and update case management systems. Remote work possible based on department needs.

Essential Duties
  1. Assist customers with child support process explanations and document review.
  2. Verify information using automated systems and assist with application review.
  3. Manage case files, obtain court documents, and prepare reports.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and investigative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, applying rules and maintaining professionalism.
Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license if driving is required.
