Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establish, modify, and enforce administrative and financial child support obligations.
• Research income information, calculate complex financial and medical obligations, and calculate arrears balances.
• Review and interpret court and administrative orders to determine payment terms and suspension/termination conditions.
• Initiate and sign legal notices, and communicate with clients, courts, and state agencies.
• Locate individuals/assets using state interfaces and maintain caseloads in the Support Enforcement Management System.
