Job summary

Bond Health is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to work with children in New York. You will assess and treat speech and language needs, coordinate with families, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support educational goals.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, NY state license, and ASHA CCC. Prior experience is preferred, with opportunities to mentor CFYs and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Assistive Technology, AAC, PECS and manual language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language assessments to determine student needs.
• Plan and conduct speech and language interventions aligned with goals.
• Implement testing procedures to evaluate and monitor progress.
• Prepare written reports for Early Intervention, CPSE, CSE and related agencies.
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians and team members.
• Supervise CFYs as assigned.
• Ensure services comply with educational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain attendance records and progress notes.
