Job summary

CHS Harrisburg Center is seeking a part-time van driver dedicated to child safety. You will transport children with a monitor, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and ensure proper car-seat safety. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to relocate to Harrisburg, PA before starting.

The position offers 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at $14.00 per hour, with required safety trainings and background checks to be completed prior to employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain them on hire.
• Valid PA Driver's license and ready forBackground checks.
• Recertification on CPS every two years.
• NHTSA certification is required.
• Ability to work with diverse, low-income families.

Responsibilities

• Transport children to and from the Harrisburg Center safely with a monitor.
• Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and conduct everyday inspections.
• Keep driver logs and activity records up to date.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as required.
• Relocate to Harrisburg, PA before starting work.
