Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate respite provider to support an adolescent male in his home in Hobart. This part-time role offers 20 hours per month, with weekday afternoons after 3:30pm plus weekend hours, and compensation around $14.13 per hour.

You will help with daily routines, safety skills, and community outings while encouraging independence and fun. Applicants must pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license/insurance, be authorized to work

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check before hire.
• Must have Valid Driver's license/vehicle insurance/reliable vehicle for errands.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• No allergies to Dogs and Cats.

Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We're seeking a Compassionate, Patient Respite Provider to assist an adolescent male child in their home.

Location:

Hobart WI

Hours:

20 Hours a month. Weekday afternoons after 3:30pm, and weekend hours
