Job summary

The position is per diem with day shifts, based in Toms River, NJ. NJ licensure and AHA BLS are required, with a focus on family-centered care and developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology/related field with clinical training hours.
• Current New Jersey licensure (LCSW/LSW/LPC/LMFT).
• AHA BLS Provider Certification required
• At least 1 year behavioral health or psychotherapy experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develops accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develops and implements individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provides individual, family, and caregiver-focused psychotherapy.
• Monitors patient progress and modifies treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborates with physicians, schools, and caregivers to coordinate care.
• Maintains timely documentation and participates in case conferences.
• Provides consultation and staff training as requested.
