Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health or School Psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Familiarity with DSM-V as a means of diagnosis.
• Experience with assessing, diagnosing and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provides mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment and crisis intervention for adult and/or child members.
• Collaborates with treating physician, psychiatric and allied health professionals to plan and direct treatment.
• Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups; develops treatment plans and case summaries.
• May supervise trainees and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Maintains confidential records and adheres to state/NCQA regulations.
