Embrace TFC staff are here to support children in foster care, as well as foster families to ensure they have the resources they need to thrive. Embrace TFC strives to ensure all members involved in the child’s life are supported and are receiving the resources they need to be successful.About The RoleWe are seeking a Child Placement Supervisor to :Assists Director of Administration in on-going recruitment, marketing, training and approval of foster parents as requested.Assists Director of Child Placing Services in facilitating referrals for placement of children within assigned region to include placement process if necessary.Supervises up to eight (8) case workers within assigned region meeting at a minimum once weekly and recording supervision.May manage a small case load of clients per staffing pattern thresholds as assigned by National Counseling Group’s governing board for Therapeutic Foster Care.Ensures all required documentation is completed correctly and timely by assigned case workers for all children and foster parents as required by NCG and the Minimum Standards for Licensed Child Placing AgenciesThis description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role.
